What AHP collects
AHP may collect privacy-conscious analytics events, product and guide page views, Ask AHP query activity, affiliate click events, admin login session cookies, theme preferences, and messages submitted through approved contact workflows.
- AHP does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in analytics records.
- AHP does not require public visitors to create an account.
- Admin access is protected by a signed session cookie and production environment secrets.
Analytics and Ask AHP
Analytics are used to understand which pages, products, guides, and Ask AHP questions need improvement. Ask AHP is designed to answer from approved published records only.
- No-result Ask queries may be reviewed to create internal research candidates.
- AHP should not store sensitive personal information in Ask queries.
- Analytics are internal and are not sold as customer profiles.
Affiliate click tracking
When a visitor clicks an approved affiliate link, AHP records a click event so the admin team can audit link performance and verify that the public CTA gate is working.
- Click tracking should not expose private partner notes.
- Click tracking should not store raw affiliate secrets.
- Affiliate redirects are validated before redirecting.
Service providers
AHP may rely on production service providers such as Vercel for hosting, Supabase/Postgres for persistence, Resend for email alerts, n8n for automation workflows, and affiliate networks or partners for approved outbound links.
Email alerts
If alert emails are enabled, AHP may send operational emails about approvals, product gaps, affiliate link status, analytics changes, or system checks to configured recipients.
Security and retention
AHP uses production environment variables for secrets, keeps admin pages out of the public sitemap, blocks admin/API routes in robots.txt, and keeps draft/review/rejected records out of public pages.
